Can you make custom decals?
Yes we can. You can submit your own design and we will send a quote. Color reference file is available for download here. You can use it as a reference when designing your decal.
We can also design custom decal for you.  Contact us for more details.

Will it stick?
You can apply decals to many smooth surfaces including Glass, Metal, Paint and Plastic. Follow application instructions for best results.
Surfaces to which the vinyl decals will be applied must be cleaned thoroughly of dust, grease or any contaminants and wiped clean with rubbing alcohol. Freshly lacquered or painted surfaces should be allowed to stand for at least three weeks after complete curing. The compatibility of lacquers and paints should be tested prior to use.

What is your turnaround time?
Most orders will be shipped within three business days (Monday - Friday). We try our best to ship your items as soon as they ready. Orders that require your final approval will take longer as we won’t start making them until proof is approved. Shipping usually takes two to five business days. International shipping usually takes about fourteen business days or more for some countries.

How long should your decal last?
Decal lifespan depends on many factors including temperature, humidity, amount of direct sunlight it is exposed to, etc. Typically decal should last three to six years under normal conditions. Improper installation or excess heat/cold may decrease decal life. Transparent, Metallic, Chrome and Aluminum vinyl typically have shorter lifespan.

Can decal be used outside?
We use vinyl that is resistant to UV degradation, snow and rain. Make sure to properly clean the surface and apply the decal only when vinyl and surface temperature meet specified temperature range. Minimum Application Temperature is 50°F; Maximum Application Temperature is 90°F. See application instructions for more details.

Can I use glass cleaner instead of rubbing alcohol when applying the decal?
Glass cleaner or any other cleaning solutions can only be used as an additional step, and will not provide proper cleaning needed for vinyl decals to achieve its normal adhesion.

Can I apply decal to my car?
Keep in mind that surface discoloration may occur. Lower quality paint might become lighter or change color over the years when exposed to direct sunlight. Decal will protect paint from discoloration, therefore you might see some difference in paint color once you remove the decal. Please do your own research.

Can I use carwash?
We tested our decals in a carwash and they hold water pressure 15”-20” away. Pressure washing should only be used when all other cleaning methods have been exhausted. Pressure washing can cause vinyl graphics to lift around edges and peel away from the vehicle. Pressure washing can degrade the film causing the graphic to fade, crack and even chip away from the substrate. Spray nozzle should be opened at wide pattern. Distance from graphic should be at least 15”. Use extreme care when aiming the water spray toward the edge of the vinyl graphic. Sharp spray angles can cause vinyl graphic to lift from the vehicle. Do NOT use carwash for 5 days after installation.

Is it hard to remove a decal?
To remove a decal, apply heat to the decal using a heat gun. Keep in mind that this method is not sutable for all surfaces. Heat gun temperature and time may vary. Please do your own research.
Hold the heat gun 6-9" away from the decal dispersing the heat evening over the surface of the decal for about 10-15 seconds. Peel up an edge of the decal and slowly pull back until the graphic is removed. Wipe away any residue left behind with Isopropyl Alcohol and a clean rag.
Sometimes small decals can be removed by simply peeling up an edge of the graphic with your fingernail and slowly peeling it from the surface.
Large decals and decals that have been applied for more than one year may require vinyl removal liquid to safely remove the decal without damaging the surface.

Can I continue to use rear window wipers, if I apply the decal to the rear window?
Unfortunately dust and ice on the window wiper can damage the decal.

Can I clear-coat vinyl decal?
Clear-coating materials may provide additional protection for vinyl graphics, but solvents in some varnishes can destroy the vinyl and/or adhesive. The compatibility of materials should be tested prior to use.
